Jonkoping Unga Muslimer has organized the annual general meeting for the election of new board for the year 2011.
Following are the minutes of the meeting;

Venue: Raslatt Mosque Time: After Esha 7:00 pm Date:15th January 2011 Participatsn: 38 members

Presided by Muhammad Furqan

Recitation of Quran:
Meeting was formally started by the recitation of Quran by brother Omar karim on “Surah Al Asar”.

Lecture on Hadith:
Brother Abdul karim described the Hadith on the topic of “My Allah gave me 9 orders”.

Background of JUM from 2000-2010:
Brother Mujahed Abbasi(ex President) described the background of Jonkoping Unga Muslimer and he delivered useful information regarding the some special events that was organized by the organization in the last 10 years from 2000 to 2010.

Lecture Regarding Meeting necessity:
Brother Sadeq delivered a lecture on the Importance of Meeting.

Election of New Board:
Brother Mujahed Abbasi(ex President JUM) took the suggestion from the participants for the members of the new board and he also proposed some names by mutual consensus. All the participants approved the 12 members board for the year 2011. The names of the board members were,

1-Brother Sadiq 2-Brother Adnan Nukic 3-Brother Zakariya 4-Brother Jahangir Chaudhry 5-Brother Ahmed Barud 6-Brother Mehdi 7-Brother Ebraheem 8-Brother Eismin 9-Brother Mahdi Usman
10 Brother Adil Ahmad 11 Brother Omar Karimi 12 Brother Hassan
(May Allah give them Istiqamah)

Election for New President:
Secret Votes from the new members of the board has been taken and these votes were checked by brother Jamac, Mujahed Abbasi and Muhammad Furqan and the members selected Brother Sadiq as the new President of the JUM 2011(May Allah give him Istiqamah).

Announcement:
Brother Mujahed Abbasi(ex President) announced the name of the president after poll.

Speech of New President:
Respected President brother Sadiq delivered his speech in front of the participants and delivered his views for the dawah.

Dua:
The meeting was formally ended with Dua.
